• Easements, profits à prendre and rights of common
• Agricultural tenancy matters
• First registrations of land and sporting rights

Ellen has a particular interest in the acquisition/disposal of sporting estates, but her practice also includes non-transactional work, with a focus on Agricultural Holdings Act tenancies and disputes.
