Helen is a Notary Public.

Helen handles all aspects of private client work, with particular emphasis on asset protection and capital taxes planning for high net worth individuals. Her main areas of expertise include wills, trusts, inheritance tax, probate, lasting powers of attorney, advance decisions and advice on the death benefits of life and pension policies. Helen acts as a trustee for many family trusts and advises on all aspects of trusteeship and trust management. She has a particular interest in legal issues relating to end of life decision making and succession and capacity issues relating to people with property interests in more than one country.

Helen is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and an English Notary Public which enables her to authenticate documents to be used in foreign countries.
