Kerry is an experienced litigator, having worked on a full range of issues relating to complex disputed trusts and estates, including Will validity disputes, the contested removal of personal representatives and trustees, proprietary estoppel claims and applications under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.

Kerry has worked on a number of contentious Court of Protection matters, including an application for a statutory Will and representing a proposed independent deputy in a dispute regarding the validity of a Lasting Power of Attorney.

Kerry also has a particular focus on professional negligence claims which relate to advice in connection with Wills and tax and estate planning.
